Provider Communication - Message

Use this page to create, update, or view specific and detailed messages for providers.

The Provider Communication - Message page is available to the following user role(s) within the Georgia Babies Can't Wait Child Care Management application:

 

To access this page, complete the following steps:

On the main menu bar:

  • On the Provider Account Management menu, select the Communications menu option.  A sub-menu displays.  Select the Compose Message menu option.

On the Provider Communication Message List page:

  • Click the icon next to a specific message in the Detail column of the List Messages table.

NOTE:  Depending on the method of access and your current permissions, the page displays differently and some information may be disabled or unavailable.

Managing Message Detail Information

You can manage detailed message information for providers on this page by viewing, editing, and updating data as necessary.
